When loss happens, most people want to help, they just don’t know how.

The Pull-Up is an interactive workshop that turns empathy into action, helping teams, communities, and organizations learn how to show up for one another through grief, burnout, and change.

What to expect:

  • Guided conversation on what real support looks like

  • Reflective exercises that move beyond “I’m sorry for your loss”

  • Practical tools for both asking for and giving help

  • Space to normalize grief and emotional honesty at work and beyond

Who it’s for:

  • Employee resource groups

  • Mental health or wellness programs

  • Nonprofits, schools, and community orgs

  • Small groups looking to build connection and care

Workshop formats:

  • 60–90 minute virtual or in-person session

  • Optional “Pull-Up Care Bar” add-on (interactive gifting or reflection station)

  • Custom versions for corporate, faith-based, or creative spaces

“Camila's workshop was so genuinely and authentically presented, with tangible tools I could take with me after the discussions and activities. This is a great workshop for those grieving directly and supporting those who are.”
